		Ron Larm has owned and operated On Top Marketing, LLC (OTM) since 1999. It began as a sole proprietorship and then became a LLC a couple of years later. Ron graduated from Colorado State University with a B.A. in Accounting, holds a CPA license (inactive), and has begun the M.S. Finance program at the University of Colorado at Denver. Ron's professional background includes primarily finance (audit/accounting/finance) in the telecommunications industry (US West, Phoenix Networks, Time Warner Telecom). Ron is a Colorado native! Born and raised in Fort Collins he came to Denver in 1990.

		Sally Larm is responsible for customer relations, client presentations, customer inquiries, and administrative duties. Sally's professional background includes a variety of administrative, technical, and planning responsiblities in the legal industry, government contracts, and the military. In addition, she has a bachelors degree in Hospitality - Hotel Management and Event Planning Management, and possesses great client service skills and strong organizational skills. Sally has lived in Colorado since she was two years old and thoroughly enjoys her home state.
