(1) IDR (Increased Dynamic Range) photography is a technique used to capture multiple exposures and composite them into one image for display.

(2) Photo shoot scheduled to span the period immediately before and after sunset.

(3) Large slideshow display with video effects (panning, tilting, zooming) linked to property listing as a virtual tour. Online display is limited to 35 still images.

(4) Same as slideshow but with four (4) 360x180 panoramas with full-screen display added! Online display is limited to 15 panoramas and 35 still images.

(5) One-time charge for posting tour to Realtor.com ONLY IF the agent does not have a "Showcase" marketing account with Realtor.com

(6) For each set of ten (10).

All still photography will be available from our web site for download by customers for approx. two months. We provide three versions of each photograph. See details on our Photography web page. We can also submit still photographs to Metrolist (qty. 5) and Realtor.com (qty. 6) upon request. Additional posting services may be available, call for pricing.

Photography rescheduling/cancelation charge

$29.95

Fee for rescheduling or canceling a photo shoot with less than 24 hours notice. We reserve the right to waive this charge at our discretion.
