OTM proudly introduces...digital artwork. This new service exemplifies our efforts to continually meet the needs of the agent.

Many agents employ artists to hand paint their property listings for print purposes and to provide to their clients as a gift for doing business with them. They have wondered if there was a 1) faster and more economical way to create this artwork, and 2) a way to artistically portray a home without "misrepresenting" it. Through your feedback (see it really works) and our crack technology team, we now have the ability to take a photograph of your property listing and digitally convert it into a number of different art forms.

Is this service right for everyone? No. A traditional watercolor artist can "misrepresent" the property! In other words, they can add trees, flowers, etc. where they don't exist. While this may be desirable from an aesthetic perspective (showing the home as it would look in the summer while there is a foot of snow on the ground) we don't recommend it due to the laws/regulations requiring accurate representation of a property.

Our digital artwork cannot misrepresent the property because it's basis is a true photograph. The alterations that we perform are impressive and can work as a tool to set you apart/above your competition!
