Photography is the heart of marketing on the Internet and Real Estate marketing has pushed the development of many different technologies in this field. We have pursued these technologies and are proud to be very quick to market when they prove viable. Looking out for the real estate agent first results in the homeowner benefiting as well.

You will run into some new terms in our discussion below but don't let that put you off. The technologies can be complicated below the surface but that's where we come in to simplify and demystify them. Options can become overwhelming and that's where our testing and experience weighs in to cut through the clutter and provide the best services today's technology can offer.

Still Photography:

Description: We offer primarily three different still photograph technologies. They are 1) standard wide-angle, high resolution, digital SLR photographs that can be seen below on the left hand side, 2) Increased Dynamic Range (IDR) photography which seeks as its goal to more evenly expose settings where the light is not balanced and examples can be seen below on the right hand side, and 3) photography at dusk which seeks the same objective but "participates" with nature in order to achieve it, again find an example below on the right hand side. Every home is different and agents often have different objectives when they market them so we offer different technologies to assist them in matching the marketing options to their needs. Still photography is normally ordered concurrently with our print services (e.g. brochures and post cards) but it can also be ordered without them. All of our photography projects provide you with the files for your varied printing and marketing needs.

Benefits: By offering several levels of service we can be your imaging consultants, not just your photographer. You may competing for a $500,000 listing and being able to provide IDR photography will get you the listing! It's OK that you stick with our wide-angle digital SLR photography services for your $150,000 listing as long as you have the option to step-up to higher-end dusk or IDR photography for your $500,000 listing. When you order photography with our print services, you only have to make one phone call to complete the project! For the busy agent that recognizes that their time is better spent meeting buyers and sellers than hunched over their computer, combining services saves time and avoids frustration.

Options:
Digital SLR photography, IDR photography, and photography taken at dusk are the options available for your still photo shoot. Below are examples to help you choose which is right for you and your specific project!

		At left is an example of our standard, high quality, wide angle photography. This is the best that modern SLR digital cameras can do with such a disparity between the amount of light within the home and the amount of light outside of the home. By taking numerous photographs at varying exposures and compositing them together we can "manage" the disparity in light better. Below is the result of the IDR application to this photograph!

		Again, at left is a standard photograph that simply cannot "deal" with how bright the light is outside of the home.

		Lastly, at left is a standard photograph that also cannot "deal" with how bright the light is outside of the home compared to the light inside of the home. But a different technique to address this problem is simply to wait for the time of day that the light outside of the home and the light inside of the home are "balanced." This only occurs one time each day and that is at dusk! Needless to say, this time of day is in high demand because of the results below!

Slideshow Virtual Tours:

Description: We have heard your cries and here it is the only virtual tour available in the Denver Metro area for $39.95! Yep, it's true! No gimmicks, no tricks, no volume plans, no monthly commitments, just plane, simple, no-frills virtual tours to help you get into the virtual tour arena and compete when trying to get those listings. The technology allows up to 30 photographs to be used and the photographs are displayed as large as possible depending on the resolution of your photographs. No more tiny thumbnail images you have to squint at.

Especially useful is the Email we send you with upon completion of every order! This email is a great marketing tool. It contains up to six (6) still photographs and the URL link to the virtual tour on the Internet. You can email this to anyone so that they can access photographs of the home instantly and gain access to the virtual tour directly!

Benefits: Simple, low-cost virtual tours allowing you to have a "Panoramic View" link on your listing in Metrolist and/or the "Spinning Red House" on Realtor.com. And the best part is it didn't cost you hundreds of dollars! You also get these goodies included in the service (Map-Location, Floorplan (if ordered), Send-to-a-Friend, School Info., Printable Flyer, Mortgage Calculator, and detailed reporting showing how many times the virtual tour was viewed and on which day of the month). You can even access the virtual tour over the Internet to change the description used in the flyer!

Options: There are two options 1) you provide the photography and we format your images and create a virtual tour using them (a banner slide will be used in the virtual tour to indicate that the photography is "compliments of the agent," and 2) you can choose to have us do the photography (choosing one of our still photography packages above) and for only $29.95 we will use our photography to create the slideshow virtual tour!

Interactive Virtual Tours:

Description: Since 1999 we continue to bring you truly amazing spherical interactive virtual tours for the Internet or on CD! Other tour providers in town offer the cylindrical virtual tours with limited field of view (often referred to as the "gun-slit" view because you can't look up at the ceiling or down at the floor). Spherical interactive virtual tours, however, provide stunning realism and the widest field of view possible. Spherical interactive virtual tours allow the person viewing your virtual tour to see your property listing "revolve" around them, giving them the feeling that they are truly standing in the home!

The display of these virtual tours on the Internet is amazing and you also get the goodies included in the service (Map-Location, Floorplan (if ordered), Send-to-a-Friend, School Info., Printable Flyer, Mortgage Calculator, and detailed reporting showing how many times the virtual tour was viewed and on which day of the month). You can even access the virtual tour over the Internet to change the description used in the flyer!

Benefits: This technology is truly amazing! This service is probably the single best way to sell a home today. Think of the impression you will make with the home seller during your initial meeting to get the listing! Think of the time you will save by allowing potential home buyers the ability to "virtually tour" a home without you having to drive them to it. Think of the inconvenience of the home seller while potential buyers walk through the home that will be avoided! With this service in your arsenal, you will be able to get more listings, possibly paying for the service from new business!

Options: We don't limit you to the packages we offer. You can add any number of scenes and still photographs to customize the service. We can also submit the tour to Realtor.com for an additional fee. Additionally, an option to this service is the virtual tour on CD. This CD can be played on any computer as the application needed to run/view it is self-contained within the file. The file contains all of the rooms/views of your tour. This service is especially useful for duplicating and including in your brochures, for handing out during an Open House, or for emailing to potential buyers who have a slow Internet connection, no Internet access at all or for those who are unable to locate your listing on the Internet, as you can email it to them directly!

Photography Formatting Options:

Agents (or their assistants) can download the photographs we have taken for their property listing from our download web page at no additional cost. These photographs will be posted on our web site for approx. two (2) months. Each of our downloads includes your photographs formatted in three (3) different ways to assist you in utilizing them effectively. Each property will contain files formatted for: 1) high resolution printing (xxxx_Kitchen.jpg), 2) the Metrolist system (xxx_Kitchen_mls.jpg), and 3) Realtor.com (xxx_Kitchen_realtor.jpg). Additionally, you can take the high resolution photographs and format them any way you would like for any specific need you may have.

Additionally, we can submit photographs for a property listing directly to an Internet site at no additional cost! We currently submit to:

Note that an MLS # is required for us to post your still photographs and/or virtual tours. If a change is made to the property listing in the MLS system that results in a new MLS # being generated, you must contact us and provide us with this new number in order for us to re-establish the link!

Graphic Design:

You will be surprised by what we can do with a photograph! Sometimes its difficult to get a good photograph without also including some elements that you don't want. For example, a photograph of the front of a home may include cars, street signs or a pale sky, etc. We have the ability to remove unwanted content and add desirable content to photographs! While some photographs are more conducive to this "manipulation" than others, we would be happy to discuss with you the possibilities.

This original photograph had a truck parked in the front driveway...and we removed it!

This original photograph had a street sign and car in the driveway...now the street sign and car are gone. Additionally, the agent wanted a pale blue sky added and the overall photograph cropped to exclude some of the apartment building on the left!
