Description: Post cards are designed for promotional purposes. They are used primarily to inform area neighbors, or the agent's sphere of influence contacts, about new property listings or availability of promotional materials.
Benefits: A post card is a cost effective way to get information out to many potential customers...and we all know that post cards get read by their recipients! In fact that is a major advantage over sending letters...the recipient has to look at/read the post card in order to determine whether they want it or not. With a letter the recipient can simply throw it away without ever opening it. Our post cards utilize the same high-quality photographs we use in our fliers/brochures and they make a great impression, telling potential customers that you are a professional a cut above the competition.
Options: Post cards can be ordered in dimensions of 4¼" x 5½" (quarter sheet), 5½" x 8½" (half sheet) or 5¾x11 (three-quarter sheet). Post card examples are included for new listings, new sales, customer "thank you", open house, agent profile, sports themes, "our new house", and promotional material offerings. They can be printed on heavy stock (80 lb. included in pricing) or glossy stock (80 lb.) paper for a nominal additional paper charge. They are printed on both sides and can be in color or black print.

Description: Brochures are designed for advertising purposes. They are used primarily for inclusion in the help-yourself-boxes attached to "For Sale" signs as well as inside the home for those touring it. They can also be used as hand-outs during open house presentations.
Benefits: Brochures offer the ability to communicate 80% of the information for a property listing to a new home buyer. While nothing will replace a customer's ability to walk through a property (except maybe one of our virtual tours!), we can provide stunning photographs in your brochures that will not only compel home buyers to call you but future sellers as well! We can even include a picture of you on the brochure so that customers feel as if they know you when they call.
Options: Brochures are 8½" x 11", 8½" x 14", or 11" x 17". They can be printed in color and/or black, on one or two sides and be on normal stock paper (28 lb.) included in pricing, heavy stock paper (80 lb.), glossy stock paper (32 lb.), or glossy and heavy stock paper (80 lb). Brochure examples are included for new listings, "open houses" and multiple listings. Content can include photographs of the property, descriptions of the property, agent contact information (including a picture and office logo), and web site references.
